I was watching Season 2 of The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on Netflix, and Kimmy said, “I’m like a lollipop with a question mark on the wrapper. I don’t know what’s going on inside.” And I felt like she was my spirit animal (well, I always do minus the whole being kidnapped for 15 years). Lately I’ve been feeling super stressed about a couple of things, and it’s been messing with me. There are a couple of things that I do to help feel better, but it can still be difficult to forget you’re stressed.
April is National Stress Awareness Month. Obviously managing stress is important. I think we all know that, but it’s sometimes harder to manage stress. I’m not very good at it, but I do have a couple of go-to things that help when I’m stressed.
